(2070) Nadezhda ( 1971 QS; 1974 LA; 1975 XD 3 ) is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 18 August 1971 by Tamara Mikhaylovna Smirnova at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory was discovered.
designation
The asteroid was named after Nadezhda Konstantinovna Krupskaja (1869-1939), a co-founder of the Soviet school system and the wife of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin .
