(22354) Sposetti is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on October 31, 1992 by the German astronomer Freimut Börngen at the Thuringian state observatory in Tautenburg ( IAU code 033).

The asteroid is named after the Swiss amateur astronomer Stefano Sposetti (* 1958), who lives and works in the canton of Ticino and made recordings of the flyby of the asteroid 2004 FH as it approached Earth in March 2004 .
