(4103) Chahine is a main belt asteroid discovered by Eleanor Helin at the Palomar Observatory on March 4, 1989 . It has a light surface with an albedo of about 0.35.
The asteroid was named after Moustafa Chahine , the chief scientist of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory .
