(4187) Shulnazaria is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on April 11, 1978 by Nikolai Stepanowitsch Tschernych from the Crimean Observatory .
The asteroid was named after the astronomer couple Leonid Markovich Shul'man and Galina Kirillovna Nazarchuk .
