(4366) Venikagan is a main belt asteroid discovered by Lyudmyla Shuravlowa on December 24, 1979 at the Crimean Observatory .
The asteroid was named after the Soviet mathematician Weniamin Fjodorowitsch Kagan (1869-1953).
