(5323) Fogh is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 13 October 1986 by the Danish astronomer Poul Jensen at Brorfelde Observatory ( IAU code 054) near Holbæk was discovered in Denmark.
The asteroid was named on November 10, 2003 after the Danish astronomer Hans Jørn Fogh Olsen (* 1943), who works at the observatory.
