The Ćeotina (Cyrillic Ћеотина, also Ćehotina / Ћехотина) is a river in the north of Montenegro and in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina . It rises near Kozica about 20 km southeast of Pljevlja on the southern slope of the Mataruge ridge at an altitude of about 1250 m. The river is already dammed in the upper reaches by a 59 m high dam built in 1980. It ensures the constant supply of cooling water for the only thermal power station in Montenegro located 8 km downstream .

In a north-westerly direction, the Ćeotina flows through the town of Pljevlja, where it is polluted by the sewage from the open-cast coal mines located here. Behind the town of Gradac it crosses mostly unpopulated areas in a gorge and forms the border between Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina on a short section.

After 91 km the Ćeotina joins the Drina in Foča from the right . Its catchment area covers 1237 km².
