The steam locomotive series KsOd IIa was a passenger train - steam locomotive series of the Kaschau-Oderberger Bahn (KsOd).
These two locomotives were the first KsOd vehicles. They were in 1869 by Sigl in Wr. Neustadt delivered. They had external frames, external engines and Stephenson controls.
When the KsOd was nationalized in 1924, only one of these vehicles, the No. 1, was available, which was given the designation 221.001 by the ČSD , but was retired in 1925.
