Čađavica (description: Čadjavica; German Zagiotschau ) is a municipality in the Croatian Virovitica-Podravina County .
In excavations south of Ča Spurenavica, traces of the so-called Martinovka culture, the oldest of the Slavic cultures (6th-7th centuries) recorded on Croatian soil , were discovered.
The former Gothic parish church (today St. Peter) survived the rule of the Turks and was redesigned in the Baroque style in the 18th century . The campanile also dates from this period .
Čađavica is the uppermost town from which the Drava is navigable.
