Inam Kərimov

İnam Kərimov (born June 6, 1977 in Baku , Azerbaijan ) is an Azerbaijani politician. He has been Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan since April 21, 2018. From 2012 to 2018 he was Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations ( ASAN xidmət ).

Origin and studies

İnam Kərimov was born on June 6, 1977 in Baku. He studied at a secondary school in Baku between 1984 and 1994. From 1994 to 1995 he continued his education at Richmond High School in the US state of Indiana . In 1995 he began studying at Baku State University . Between 1998 and 2000 he studied law at the University of Strasbourg . In 2002 he received his master's degree from the University of Sorbonne . In 2013 he received his doctorate (docteur en droit) there.

Professional life

In 2002 İnam Kərimov started working as a consultant at the Presidential Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan . In 2005 he was appointed Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan . In 2012 he was promoted to head of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2005 to 2012 he was chairman of the delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe's group of states against corruption ( GRECO ).

On April 21, 2018 Inam Kərimov was the President of Azerbaijan Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed.

In addition to Azerbaijani , İnam Kərimov also speaks Russian , Persian , English and French . He is married and has two children.
