Žydrūnė Juodkienė

Žydrūnė Juodkienė (born February 2, 1974 in the Varėna district ) is a former Lithuanian politician , Vice Minister of Energy .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1991 at the “Ryto” Middle School ( Varėnos “Ryto” vidurinė mokykla ) in Varėna , Žydrūnė Juodkienė graduated from 1991 to 1996 with a degree in history and political science at the history faculty of the Vilniaus pedagoginis universitetas , and from 2000 to 2002 the master’s degree in law at the Mykolas Romeris University and from 2004 to 2009 the bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration at the ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius .

From 1997 to 1999 Juodkienė worked as a senior specialist at the Lithuanian Ministry of the Environment . From 1999 to 2003 she was the chief specialist at the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania . From 2003 to 2013 she worked as a project manager at UAB “ Vilniaus energija ” and from 2007 to 2013 as a project manager at UAB “ Litesko ”.

From April 29, 2013 to July 2014, Juodkienė was Deputy Minister in the Lithuanian Ministry of Energy . She was the successor to Algimantas Zaremba . Žydrūnė Juodkienė was delegated by Darbo partija . Juodkienė worked as deputy minister Jaroslavas Neverovičius (* 1976). She resigned after pressure from the government coalition leadership prior to the confirmation of the new Cabinet of Ministers after the 2014 Lithuanian presidential election . Juodkienė is associated with the Lithuanian group UAB ICOR .

She is married to Juodka.
