The 62-year-old Lisa Boysen is returning to Hamburg after many years from abroad in Canada to take over the apartment building from her deceased aunt. As soon as she arrives at the port, she misses her family at the meeting point. So she sets out on her own for the apartment building, which also houses a pub . This is run by her son and daughter-in-law. Fortunately, the family reunification can be celebrated there. But it's not just a burst pipe in the empty rented apartment the next day that bothers her. Real estate agent Rollin has already bought three apartments from her aunt under dubious conditions in order to renovate them for his purposes.
