Wolfgang Buresch
Wolfgang Buresch (born February 4, 1941 in Kiel ) lives as a freelance writer , puppeteer , director and coach in Hamburg.
From 1959 to 1963 Buresch was a member of the Hohnsteiner Puppenspiele ; Stage: Friedrich Arndt , Hamburg. He began his television work for children in 1965 with the series Stoffel and Wolfgang . Buresch had a major impact on ARD 's children's program through the production of well-known series such as Hase Caesar , Maxifant and Minifant , Plumpaquatsch or Emm like Meikel . In addition to being a writer, he also acted as an actor or puppeteer in his series. As a speaker, he also shaped radio play series such as Tintin and Scotland Yard in the 1970s and 1980s .
Buresch was television editor at NDR from 1971 to 2002; he retired there as head of the Children and Family Department .
Buresch is the author of 14 children's books and around 100 children's records. In 2003 he published the book Kinderfernsehen - Vom Hasen Caesar to Tinky Winky, Dipsy and Co. (edition suhrkamp 2227).
