The J̌an ( ჯ ) is the 32nd letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [ dʒ ] and is transcribed in German with the tetragraph dsch.

Today only the ჯ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter Ⴟ ; the lower case counterpart was the ⴟ .

It was assigned the numerical value 8000.
