(12738) Satoshimiki is an asteroid of the main belt , on 4 January 1992 by the Japanese astronomer Tsutomu Hioki and Shuji Hayakawa at the observatory in Okutama ( IAU code 877) in Tokyo was discovered.

The asteroid was named after Shuji Hayakawa's children, Satoshi (* 1992) and Miki (* 1995).
