(1450) Raimonda is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 20th February 1938 by the Finnish astronomer Yrjö Väisälä at Turku was discovered.

The name of the asteroid is reminiscent of the former head of the observatory in The Hague and Dutch President of the Society for Meteorology and Astronomy Jean Jacques Raimond .
