(1484) postrema is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 29 April 1938 by Russian astronomer Grigory Neujmin the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory was discovered.

Postrema is the Latin word for “the last”, in the sense of: The discoverer's last asteroid - which, however, did not come true.
