(15804) Yenisei is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 9 March 1994 by the Belgian astronomer Eric Walter Elst at de Observatoire Calern was discovered in southern France.

It was named after the Siberian river Yenisei , which rises near the border with Mongolia and flows into the Kara Sea after crossing Siberia .
