(1960) Guisan is an asteroid of the main belt , which the Swiss astronomers on October 25, 1973 Paul Wild , from zimmerwald observatory of the University of Bern in was discovered.

The asteroid is named after Henri Guisan (1874–1960), Commander in Chief of the Swiss Army in World War II.
