(21064) Yangliwei is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 6 June 1991 by the Belgian astronomer Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory ( IAU code of 809) European Southern Observatory was discovered.
The asteroid was named in March 2005 after the Chinese Taikonaut Yang Liwei (* 1965), who took off on October 15, 2003 with his Shenzhou 5 spacecraft for the first manned Chinese space flight.
