(21110) Karlvalentin is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on September 4, 1992 by the German astronomers Freimut Börngen and Lutz D. Schmadel at the observatory of the Thuringian State Observatory Tautenburg ( IAU code 033).

The asteroid is named after the Bavarian comedian , folk singer , author and film producer Karl Valentin (1882–1948) who, together with his partner Liesl Karlstadt, parodied the powerlessness of the individual in his sketches and plays.
