(3010) Ushakov is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on September 27, 1978 by the Russian astronomer Lyudmila Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory ( IAU code 095) in Nautschnyj .

The asteroid belongs to the Themis family, a group of asteroids named after (24) Themis .

The asteroid was named after the Russian admiral Fyodor Fyodorowitsch Uschakow (~ 1747-1817).
