(3519) Ambiorix is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 23 February 1984 of Belgian astronomer Henri DEBEHOGNE at La Silla Observatory of the European Southern Observatory ( IAU code 809) in Chile was discovered.

The asteroid was named after Ambiorix , king of the Celtic Eburones , who lived in 54 BC. Brought a heavy defeat to the Romans under Gaius Iulius Caesar .
