(3663) Tisserand is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 15 April 1985 by the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station ( IAU code 688) of the Lowell Observatory in Coconino County was discovered.

The asteroid was named after the French astronomer François Félix Tisserand (1845-1896).
