(4452) Ullacharles is a main belt asteroid discovered by Poul Jensen at the Brorfelde Observatory on September 7, 1988 .
The asteroid was named after Ulla Augustesen (1914–1990) and Charles Augustesen (1909–1987), the parents of the astronomer Karl Augustesen .
