(4514) Vilen is an asteroid in the main belt that was discovered on April 19, 1972 at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj ( IAU code 095) by Tamara Mikhailovna Smirnova .
It was named after Vilen Valentinovich Nesterov (* 1935).
