2008 EZ 7 is an approximately 13 meter large asteroid that passed Earth in the night of March 8th to 9th, 2008 at a distance of 160,000 kilometers. He reached the next earth distance on March 9th at 01:20 UTC .

The asteroid was only discovered on March 7, 2008 11:44 UTC by the Siding Spring Survey in Australia and was photographed by several observatories around the world during its very narrow passage for astronomical conditions. The mass of the asteroid was given by NASA as 4,100 t .
