6-Headed Shark Attack is a 2018 American animal horror film directed by Mark Atkins . He is after 2-Headed Shark Attack (2012), 3-Headed Shark Attack - more heads = more dead! (2015) and 5-Headed Shark Attack (2017) the fourth part of an Asylum film series about multi-headed sharks.

Marriage counselor William and his wife founded a kind of adventure camp for couples that relies on adventure and marriage counseling to heal dysfunctional relationships. But his wife has separated from him. The only thing left for the remaining couples is the adventure camp. This is located on Corazon Island, a small Pacific island near a former shark research station.
The group is attacked by a six-headed shark, which kills one couple after the other. The group tries to defend itself against the shark, which however has enormous strength and an almost insurmountable ability to regenerate. He can also move on land by using four of his heads as legs. In the end, only William and Mary are left who can finally defeat the shark. They blow it up with gas bottles.

The television premiere took place on August 18, 2018 on the television channel Syfy . The film was released on DVD and video on demand on October 31, 2018. On December 20, 2019, the film was screened in the Tele 5 film series The Worst Films of All Time .
