The A 193 is a Russian trunk road in the Kaliningrad Oblast . With a length of 46 kilometers it leads in an east-west direction from Kaliningrad ( Königsberg (Prussia )) via Primorsk ( Fischhausen ) to Baltijsk ( Pillau ).

Today's A 193 runs on a section of the former German Reichsstraße 131 , which led from Pillau via Königsberg via Gerdauen (today Russian: Schelesnodoroschny), Angerburg (today Polish: Węgorzewo), Lötzen (Giżycko) to Arys (Orzysz).
