Geographical location

Serjogino is located 28 kilometers west of the oblast capital Kaliningrad (Königsberg) and five kilometers east of the former district town Primorsk (Fischhausen) on the regional road 27A-016 (ex A193 ), directly on the border between the Zelenogradsk district ( Cranz district ) and the Baltijsk district ( Pillau district ). history

The place called Ludwigsfelde until 1946 actually only consisted of a large courtyard. In 1905 only 22 people lived in the residential area belonging to Fischhausen (today in Russian: Primorsk). Until June 8, 1860, the place was called Abbau Freynhagen .

As a result of the war, Ludwigsfelde came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia in 1945 . The place received the Russian name Serjogino in 1947 and was assigned to the village soviet Logwinski selski Sowet in Primorsk Raion at the same time . Later the place came into the Powarowski selski Sowet . From 2005 to 2015 Serjogino belonged to the rural municipality of Pereslavskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the city district of Zelenogradsk.

church

Before 1945 there was almost exclusively a Protestant population in Ludwigsfelde . The place was part of the parish of the church in Fischhausen (today in Russian: Primorsk in the parish of Fischhausen in the church province of East Prussia ) of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . Today Serjogino is located in the catchment area of the Evangelical Lutheran congregation in Swetly (Zimmerbude) , a branch congregation of the Resurrection Church in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) in the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
