Kljukwennoje ( Russian Клюквенное , German  Klycken ) is a place in the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Selenogradsk in Zelenogradsky District .

Geographical location

Kljukwennoje is located at the intersection of the two side roads from Lesnoje (Warnicken) to Shatrowo (Weidehnen) and from Salskoje (Sankt Lorenz) to Krasnotorowka (Heiligenkreutz) and is 30 kilometers from the oblast capital, Kaliningrad (Königsberg) . There is no train connection.

history

The manor village, called Klycken until 1946 , was founded in 1591. In 1874, the place in the newly built was the district of St. Lawrence (now Russian: Salskoje) incorporated, which the district Fischhausen , 1939-1945 for the district Samland in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged. In 1910 78 inhabitants were registered in Klycken.
