AB InBev Efes is a joint venture between the Belgian brewery group Anheuser-Busch InBev and the Turkish beverage group Anadolu Efes . In March 2018, both companies pooled their activities in Russia and Ukraine . Both groups each hold 50% of the joint venture.

SUN InBev Ukraine
SUN InBev Ukraine PJSC (САН ИнБев Украина) was at times the largest brewery group in Ukraine . Like its sister company SUN InBev OJSC (second largest brewery group in Russia ), it belonged to SUN Interbrew Limited, which is registered in Cyprus .
SUN InBev Ukraine sells beer from several Ukrainian breweries under their brands Chernihivske (Чернігівське, Chernigivske), Rogan (Рогань) and Yantar (Янтар) in addition to the Group's international brands. In 2007 the market share was almost 40% with an output of over 10 million hectoliters.
SUN InBev Russia
SUN InBev OJSC bundled the Russian activities of Inbev .
Efes Ukraine and Russia
In 2012, Anadolu Efes took over the Russian and Ukrainian activities of SABMiller . In return, SABMiller received 24% of the shares in Anadolu Efes.
