The auto trading group AVP Autoland , based in Deggendorf, is an authorized dealer for brands of the Volkswagen Group in Eastern Bavaria . AVP stands for the initials of the Audi , Volkswagen and Porsche brands . With over 700 employees at 16 locations, the trading group is the largest automobile dealer in Eastern Bavaria. The company is a master craftsman of the motor vehicle guild and a training company.

history

With the takeover of the Ballach car dealership in Regen , Franz Xaver Hirtreiter founded the AVP automobile group in 1997. In the following years, the company was expanded through the purchase and construction of further car dealerships and the takeover of existing dealer agreements with Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Škoda , Suzuki and Seat in the eastern Bavarian region.

criticism

An independent comparison of the workshop prices (wages and spare parts) on average across all brands represented by AVP showed that the workshop prices were on average 20 percent higher than these in comparison to other workshops of the same brand in the area. For spare parts, the manufacturer's recommended retail price was exceeded by AVP by this 20 percent.
