The Aabach is an approximately 15.3 km long right tributary of the Hessel in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Gütersloh .

It rises in the area of ​​the town of Borgholzhausen in the Kleekamp district and is initially called Vossieks Mühlenbach for about 4 km , then Aabach for about 2.3 km , between Bach km 7.9 and 8.8 Bockhorster Bach and finally on its last, approx. 7 , 9 km long section through the city of Versmold to the confluence with the Hessel again Aabach .
