Aaron Kayser (born May 22, 1999 in Freyburg (Unstrut) ) is a German basketball player . He has been part of the Dresden Titans squad since 2020 .

Career

Kayser was born in Freyburg (Unstrut) in the state of Saxony-Anhalt  . He played in the youth department of the Central German Basketball Club and attended the sports school in Halle . In the 2015/16 season he was also part of the BG Bitterfeld-Sandersdorf-Wolfen 06 squad in the first regional league.

In the summer of 2016, Kayser moved to BV Chemnitz 99 in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA . Until 2018 he was used in 16 games in the second highest German league. During the summer break of 2018, he moved to the second men's team of the Skyliners Frankfurt (2nd Bundesliga ProB) and was appointed to the expanded Frankfurt Bundesliga squad. On December 29, 2018, Kayser played his first short stint in the Bundesliga against Ulm .

At the end of July 2020, Kayser moved to third division Dresden Titans .

National team

In summer 2017, Kayser was a member of the German U18 national team at the European Championships in Slovakia .
