Jump in grid square 4 ( Russian original title В зоне особого внимания - In the special zone , German alternative title Jump in the death zone ) is a Soviet action film from 1977 that plays in the airborne troops of the Soviet Army . It was also performed in Hungary ( Felderitök akcióban ), Poland ( W strefie specjalnej ), the GDR and NATO member Portugal ( Treino de Comandos ). Although the film was dubbed by DEFA in 1979 , it was only shown in GDR cinemas from November 5, 1982.

action

In an unspecified area of the USSR, a large-scale military maneuver is carried out in which two parties, "North" and "South", are involved. "South" deploys three paratroopers who are supposed to take over the enemy headquarters on the one hand and prepare a landing zone for a general attack from the air on the other. Two of the troops are quickly captured from the "north" side, while the troop under Lieutenant Tarasov can continue to operate.

While Tarassov's squad is being pursued by a unit of Major Moreschkin, the paratroopers encounter a group of criminals who have escaped from custody and have already killed some local residents. Ensign Wolontir manages to overpower the bandits in hand-to-hand combat and to notify the local police, which, however, breaks his (maneuver) camouflage.

Meanwhile, the young and inexperienced Tarasov, a graduate of the Ryazan Military Academy, tries in vain to locate the enemy headquarters. But thanks to the help of the experienced Wolontir, who happened to come across a telecommunication cable that leads directly to the headquarters, the Tarasov group was able to solve its task and excavate the headquarters of "Nord".

continuation

1981 appeared as a sequel Der Gegenenzug (Otwetny Chod / Ответный ход, directed by Michail Tumanishvili ) again with Galkin and Wolontir in the leading roles. This time the action is in the Marines and the Soviet Navy settled.
