Ace Tee (born 1993 in Berlin ), real name Tarin Wilda , a German R & B - singer from Hamburg . 2017 was their song Are you down to a viral hit in the United States .
biography
Ace Tee grew up in the Hamburg district of Jenfeld , her parents come from Ghana . She attended the Deutsche POP Academy in Hamburg, but broke it off again after a while. She also completed an apprenticeship as a hair stylist . She began making music under the stage name MEDUZV .
The end of 2016 published Ace Tea her song Are you down , which they standing 21-by from Ghana coming rapper Kwam.e had taken. She became aware of him through a request on Facebook. The accompanying music video was shot by herself under a railway bridge in Hamburg-Altona-Nord . A tweet by a Canadian Twitter user comparing the song with the band TLC made the song and music video a viral hit in the United States. Then Vogue became aware of the singer and reported on the song and the music video. In 2017 she designed a fashion collection for H&M .
On 1 September 2017 she published with the rapper Kwam.e the song Jumpa . On the album tru. Ace Tee is represented by Cro as a guest musician. Her first EP Tee Time was released on September 8, 2017 and contains 5 songs, including the previously released songs Bist du down and Jumpa . She recorded the EP with rapper Kwam.e, who is also featured on all songs. On September 22nd, the single Bis at 4 was released by the Hamburg rapper Kalim , which he recorded with Ace Tee. The accompanying video was posted on YouTube three days later.
