Adam Ferency (born October 5, 1951 in Warsaw ) is a Polish actor.

Life

Adam Ferency graduated from the State Drama School PWST in Warsaw and received his diploma in 1976. He then received his first theater engagement at the Teatr Na Woli in Warsaw. He played there until 1988, although in 1981 he was a member of the Teatr Współczesny ensemble in Warsaw. Since 1994 he has been a member of the Warsaw Dramatic Theater ensemble . Ferency made his film debut in 1976 in a television film by the young director Agnieszka Holland . His cinema debut followed in 1978. In 1990 he was awarded the prize for best actor at the Polish Film Festival Gdynia for his role in the film Kanalia . Since the late 1990s, the character actor has also appeared in Polish television series.
