The house Adelheidstraße 12a is a listed villa in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
Architecture and history
The villa, designed in Art Nouveau style , was built in 1905 and 1906. The builder was the Oberrealschuldirektor Hermann Lorenz . Immediately to the south is the similarly built Villa Adelheidstrasse 12 . A central risalit characterizes the building towards the street . At the northern corner there is a corner bay . The street-side and northern facade are decorated with stucco and plaster structures. The yellowish coloring is interrupted by white ornamental fields on the windows. There are blue areas above the windows.
The property fence is also designed in Art Nouveau forms.
