Affalterbach is a district of the Upper Bavarian town of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm , which is about five kilometers northeast of the district town. In 2020 the place had 273 inhabitants.

history

The village is first mentioned in 755 as Affoltrabach , the name means "apple tree stream ".

Affalterbach was founded in 1818 with the Bavarian municipal edict and became a district of Pfaffenhofen on July 1, 1972 ( municipal reform ).
