Gárdony (German: Gardon ) is a town in the small area of ​​Gárdony within Fejér County in Hungary . Gárdony is the administrative center of the small area and has been a town since 1989.

Gárdony is a tourist center on the south-eastern shore of Lake Velence , the third largest natural lake in Hungary. The districts of Agárd, Dinnyés and Gárdonyfürdő also belong to the municipality. The M7 motorway from Székesfehérvár to Budapest runs 4 km away, parallel to the north-western shore of Lake Velence .
