Ahmed Mohamed ag Hamani (* 1942 in Goundam ) was Prime Minister of Mali from 2002 to 2004 .

Ahmed Mohamed ag Hamani was appointed Prime Minister by President Amadou Toumani Touré on June 9, 2002 after Touré had won the presidential election. Previously, he had served as his country's ambassador to Morocco , Belgium , the Netherlands , Luxembourg , the United Kingdom and the European Union . Hamani resigned in April 2004.
