Ahmet Arı (born January 13, 1989 in Batman ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

society

Ahmet Arı began club football at the age of fourteen in the youth of his home club Batman Petrolspor . In winter 2005 he received a professional contract from his club, was included in the squad of the reserve team and played exclusively for them for three years. From the 2006/07 season he got the opportunity to train with the professional team. He was the top scorer in the league of reserve teams in the 2006/07 season. In some professional games he was even taken on as a reserve player in the team squad and regularly substituted on.

In order to enable him to play in a professional league, he was loaned to the second division club Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor during the winter break of the 2007/08 season . Here he became a regular player straight away and made 13 league appearances.

In the 2008/09 season he returned to Gaziantepspor and played for two seasons exclusively for the professional team. Gaziantepspor came to an agreement with coach Tolunay Kafkas for the new 2010/11 season . He used Arı sporadically in the professional team and mostly let him appear for the reserve team. Thereupon Arı expressed the wish to want to leave the club.

Bursaspor had a similar problem with their player Muhammet Demir . Then both players were swapped for each other. At Bursaspor he has not yet made his breakthrough and he has the role of a reserve player.

For the 2012/13 season he was loaned to the second division Samsunspor together with his teammate Mehmet Sak .

A season later, Arı moved together with his teammate Barış Örücü from Bursaspor to Denizlispor . Both signed for two years. But already in the winter break Arı left the club in the direction of Karşıyaka SK . Although he had received an offer from the first division MP Antalyaspor , he opted for the second division Karşıyaka SK. There he trains under Yusuf Şimşek , whom he already knew from Denizlispor.

For the 2015/16 season he moved to league rivals Şanlıurfaspor . After half a season he moved to the second division Altınordu Izmir . In the summer transfer period, he moved within the city of Izmir to the third division Menemen Belediyespor .

National team

Arı started playing for the Turkish national junior teams early on. He went through most of the junior national teams over the years.
