Ahmet Dereli (born October 22, 1992 in Berlin ) is a German - Turkish soccer player who plays for Adanaspor .

Career

Dereli was born in Berlin as a third generation German-Turk . After learning to play football in the youth departments of various amateur clubs, he switched to the youth team at Berlin AK 07 . For the 2010/11 season he was accepted into the professional squad and completed 15 league games by the winter break of the 2011/12 season.

At that time he was being watched by some talent hunters. So he moved to the second half of the season to the Turkish second division Adanaspor . Here he came to four second division appearances by the end of the season.

For the second half of the 2012/13 season he was loaned to third division club Hatayspor .

National team

In October 2013 Dereli was appointed to the squad of the Turkish U-21 national team for the first time in his career .
