Ahmet Kulabas (born October 8, 1987 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German-Turkish soccer player .

Career

After four years in the amateur division of 1. FC Nürnberg , Kulabas moved to 1. FC Heidenheim for the 2010/11 third division season . He made his professional debut on September 11, 2010 when he was substituted on in the 67th minute of the home game against SV Wehen Wiesbaden on the seventh match day.

On January 20, 2011 1. FC Heidenheim announced that it would loan Kulabas to the regional division Eintracht Trier until the end of the 2010/11 season , as he had only made short appearances in the third division . After seven goals in 14 second round games, the attacker signed a new one-year contract with Eintracht in the summer of 2012. For Trier, Kulabas scored the 1-0 lead in the first round match of the DFB Cup against FC St. Pauli on July 30, 2011 , thus laying the foundation for a 2-1 victory. In the 2011/12 season he made 35 appearances and 13 goals.

For the 2012/13 season Kulabas was signed by third division club Wacker Burghausen . In the summer of 2014 he then moved to Turkey for a year and played half a season each for Boluspor and Altay Izmir . After almost eight months without a club, he moved to ATSV Erlangen in the Bavarian Northeast League in March 2016 .
