Ahn Jae-hyung (born January 8, 1965 ) is a South Korean table tennis player . He won bronze at the 1988 Olympic Games.

successes

From 1983 to 1989 Ahn Jae-hyung took part in all four world championships . In 1987 he reached the semi-finals in doubles with Yoo Nam-kyu and in mixed with Yang Young-ja . A year he had won the Asian Games (Asian Games) with the team.

At the 1988 Summer Olympics , he only appeared in doubles. Here he won the bronze medal with his doubles partner Yoo Nam-kyu.

Private

In 1989, Ahn Jae-hyung married table tennis player Jiao Zhimin , who also took part in the 1988 Olympics and won two medals. Their son An Byeong-hu (born September 17, 1991) devoted himself to the game of golf. In 2009 he was the youngest player to win the American golf championship for amateurs.
