Aich is a church village in the northern district of Freising (Upper Bavaria). Aich has been part of the city of Moosburg an der Isar since January 1, 1976 .

The place is located on the Mittlere-Isar Canal near the federal motorway 92 , about 4 kilometers east of Moosburg an der Isar .
history
The Catholic branch church St. Georg is a late Gothic brick building with a retracted polygonal choir and flank tower from the 2nd half of the 15th century, it was redesigned in 1708. It is a branch of the parish of St. Margaretha in Pfrombach .
With the Bavarian municipal edict of 1818, the political community Pfrombach was founded, to which the place Aich belonged. On January 1, 1978, the municipality was incorporated into the city of Moosburg as part of the regional reform in Bavaria . In 1993, the Degernpoint commercial and industrial area was built near Aich as a new district of Moosburg.
Infrastructure and clubs
The place has a volunteer fire brigade with around 60 active members, a rifle club ( SG Aich ) and a kindergarten. 1976 was the Schützenheim in Aich Hockey Association Aich (EVA) was founded.
