Aigen is a village in the municipality of Ampflwang in the Hausruckwald in the Vöcklabruck district , Upper Austria .

The village is located on the southern slope of the Hausruck and is drained via the Ampflwanger Bach . On January 1, 2020, the village had 175 inhabitants.

The Aigen volunteer fire brigade, founded on October 2, 1927, provides fire protection and general assistance, particularly in the local area. Since the Fire Brigade Olympics in July 1985 in Vöcklabruck, it has maintained partnership relationships with the German volunteer fire brigade Beselich-Obertiefenbach .
