The Airports Corporation of Vietnam JSC , (ACV for short, Vietnamese Tổng công ty cảng hàng không Việt Nam ) is a publicly owned company that operates most of the civil airports in Vietnam . It is on January 8, 2012 by resolution no. 238 / QD-BGTVT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport and Transportation, emerged from the merger of the three predecessor companies Northern Airports Authority (NAA), Middle Airports Authority (MAA) and Southern Airports Authority (SAA).

On October 6, 2015, the company was converted from a limited liability company, whose share capital was 100% owned by the Vietnamese state, into a joint stock company with a state majority holding by Decree No.1710 / QD-TTg . The first general meeting took place on March 16, 2016 and the company has been active in its new capital structure since April 1, 2016. The company is divided into a parent company based at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City and subsidiaries that manage 22 civil airports, 21 of which are operational. In detail, these are the airports Nài Bài ( Hanoi ), Vinh , Dong Hoi , Dien Bien Phu , Cat Bi ( Hòi Phòng ), Da Nang , Phu Bai ( Huế ), Cam Ranh ( Nha Trang ), Chu Lai ( Tam Kỳ ) , Phu Cat , Pleiku , Sao Vàng ( Thọ Xuân ), Tan Son Nhat ( Ho Chi Minh City ), Phu Quoc , Cần Thơ , Co Ong ( Côn Đảo ), Rach Gia , Ca Mau , Buon Ma Thuot , Dong Tac ( Tuy Hòa ) and Lien Khuong at Đà Lạt .
