Borgå Akilles
Borgå Akilles ( Finnish : Porvoon Akilles ) is a Finnish sports club from Porvoo ( Swedish : Borgå) founded in 1902 . The association has departments in bandy , football , handball , athletics , orienteering , cycling and cross-country skiing .
Home of the bandy and soccer team is the Porvoon pallokenttä .
Bandy
The bandy department was founded in 1920 and took part in the first-class SM-sarja in 1933. In 1981 and 1985 Akilles won the Finnish Bandy Championship. In 2013/14 Akilles played in the Bandyliiga , Finland's highest league.

At the 1984 European Cup, the club won the bronze medal. In the Rinkbandy , Akilles was Finnish runner-up in 1977, 1978 and 1984.
